An Agent’s Necessity

Thanks to , I am able to withstand one of the worst times for real estate in the United States. Through what I was able to learn from them, I have experienced no lean months in my sales. When there are no properties to sell, the foreclosed properties are what kept me going. REO, as we all know, are not our usual bread and butter. But they are what will keep your career as a real estate agent more flourishing. However, should you decide to make REO properties a part of your portfolio, you still need to do some REO training since this is not conventional stuff you will be dealing with. It is more complex but a little more rewarding.

I suggest that you also take a REO home study course like what I did. It is a good start. Take your studies further if you feel like it, the more you know the more opportunities will open up for you. As far as I am concerned, if you are a real estate agent, you need to know how to do REO bank owned properties.
